Classes Offered
Family & Friends CPR
Who it’s for
Family & Friends is perfect for parents, grandparents, babysitters, and anyone who wants to learn CPR for personal knowledge. This class is not intended for job or OSHA requirements.
What you’ll learn
You’ll get a practical introduction to CPR for adults, children, and infants, plus choking relief. The focus is on confidence and real-world readiness, without formal testing or certification.
Duration
Typically 2 hours.
Heartsaver CPR and AED
Who it’s for
Heartsaver is designed for people who need CPR training for work or personal preparedness—but not for healthcare providers. Think teachers, childcare staff, coaches, personal trainers, office employees, parents, and community members.
What you’ll learn
You’ll learn how to recognize emergencies and respond with high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants. The course also covers AED use and how to respond to choking. Training is hands-on and follows 2025 American Heart Association guidelines.
Duration
Typically 2–4 hours, depending on the options included.
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Who it’s for
BLS is for healthcare professionals and public safety workers—including nurses, physicians, EMTs, dental staff, and medical students—who are required to hold an AHA BLS certification.
What you’ll learn
This course covers high-performance CPR for adults, children, and infants, effective team dynamics, AED use, and advanced airway considerations. Skills testing and certification are included.

Typically 4 hours.
